The company "Kasapoglou Acoustic Centers of Greece", a member of the Agesilao Kasapoglou business group, started its activities in 1987 in Heraklion, Crete, establishing the "Acoustic Centers of Crete". It developed significant activity in the field of providing services and specialized high-tech products for hearing aids.Very quickly expanded  activities through out of Crete with the establishment of standard centers for the application of hearing aids. This is how the need arose for a modern workshop for the maintenance, repair and manufacture of hearing aids, which is being created at the company's headquarters in Heraklion, with the most modern machines and staffed with scientifically trained personnel.

The trust, the interest and also the needs of our people who face problems with their hearing, forces the company to establish other branches throughout the rest of Crete to serve even the most remote places. So now everyone interested can find a response in Sitia, Agios Nikolaos, Moires, Arkalochori and beyond. The company creates the free "home visit" service and thus covers all those who are unable to visit the many service points of the island.

The establishment of the "home visit" service is the main concern of the company for the proper service of its customers.

The company now with its experienced human resources, which is made up of scientists and technical experts, well trained at home and abroad, responsibly offers the most complete and appropriate solutions to hearing problems, providing guarantees of efficiency, good operation with the use of state-of-the-art technology.The scientists and specialists of the company "Kasapoglou Hearing Centers of Greece", possessing specialized knowledge of hearing problems, the effects on the psychology, sociability, and oral communication of our hard-of-hearing fellow man, study each case individually and recommend the appropriate applications with full awareness of the responsibility towards our fellow man.

The great acceptance and trust, along with the satisfaction of our happy customers, created in the company the requirement to expand its activities in the rest of Greece. This is how company expands and creates branches all over Greece establishing the "Acoustic Centers of Macedonia & Thrace" based in Kavala, the "Acoustic Centers of Macedonia" based in Thessaloniki, and the "Acoustic Centers of Attica" based in Koropi, listing today more than thirty (30) stores throughout the country. At the same time, he is creating two more state-of-the-art laboratories for the manufacture, maintenance and repair of hearing aids.The now three (3) technical laboratories in Heraklion, Crete, Thessaloniki and Piraeus respectively, cover the company's pursuit which is the direct and perfect service of our fellow human beings with hearing problems. At the same time, it is expanding its activities in Cyprus, Albania and Italy, creating a strong infrastructure that guarantees the quality of its content services.

The company "Kasapoglou Hearing Centers of Greece" taking advantage of the rapid development of new technology, pioneers using all the new methods of application of hearing aids, all the new state-of-the-art products that constantly improve the quality of hearing, the quality of life and guarantee the best possible result.

It has all the necessary certifications required by Greek and European legislation and uses only certified products that are friendly to people and the environment.
